Dr. Joshua Green heads the staff at the Center of Vasectomy Reversal. Dr. Green graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and went on the complete his surgical and urologic training at the University of Miami. He then received advanced training in microsurgery through the American Urologic Association in Houston. He's noted for his research on the semen and sperm of men who have suffered spinal cord injuries. Dr. Green's surgical assistant, Patricia Fox, RN, has 38 years of nursing experience, with the majority of those years spent in the operating room. Along with a knowledgeable and skilled support staff, Dr. Green and Patricia offer treatment and care that provides nothing less than the most optimum results. Patricia Fox, RN, CNOR, CRNFADr. Green's personal surgical assistant , Patricia Fox, is a registered nurse with 38 years of nursing experience, 28 of which have been in the operating room. She has assisted in over 1500 vasectomy reversals. Patricia is nationally certified for the operating room. She attended a formal program for RN First Assisting in 1994. She became nationally certified for first assisting in 1995, making her one of less than 1700 certified first assistants in the world. Qualifications include 2,000 hours of documented first-assisting and completion of a very rigid examination. She also holds certifications for BLS, ACLS, CO2 laser and YAG laser. Patricia belongs to the National Organization of operating room nurses and the Special Assembly of RN First Assistants. |
